DRESSING / SEASONING

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp of Shoyu Koji
- 2 tbsp of vinegar
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the ingredients.
- Add the minced onions if you like.
- No need to add vinegar in case of using Shoyu Koji Black Spore.
TAKIKOMI GOHAN
– Japanese seasoned rice with veggies –

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups of white rice
- 3 cups of water
- 1/2 carrot
- 2 mushrooms
- Veggies you like
- 3 tbsp of Shoyu Koji
- 1 tbsp of Shio (salt) Koji
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rinse white rice
- Add water, Shio Koji, and Shoyu Koji in Step 1.
- Cut the veggies and put them in Step 2. Do not mix so much.
- Soak rice for 15 to 30 mins.
- Place rice (Step 4) in the rice cooker and press the start button.
FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS / 2 servings
- 2 servings of cooked rice
- A clove of garlic
- 2 mushrooms
- 1/2 onion
- Veggies you like
- 2 tbsp of Shoyu Koji
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mince the garlic, and cut the veggies and the mushrooms.
- Put sesame oil in a pan and heat it. Put the garlic and stir it on low heat.
- Put the veggies and the mushrooms in Step2, and stir-fry them well on medium heat.
- Put cooked rice in Step3 and stir-fry then together for 5 mins.
- Add Shoyu Koji in Step and stir-fry them together 3 to 5 mins.
