Ingredients
- 3 tbsp of Shio Koji
- 2 tbsp of vinegar
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Add the minced tomatoes, minced onions, or basils if you like.
- Shio Koji dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for one week.
