Amazake is a fermented natural sweetener made from only two ingredients: rice koji and water, and heaps of essential enzymes. Moreover, it is no added sugar! The sweetness of Amazake is naturally from rice. Also, Amazake is natural powerhouse of rich pro-biotics and pre-biotics. Kuro Amazake is made from water and rice koji with A.Luchuensis (Black spore) and has a perfect combination of a little sweetness and rich sourness.     Citric Acid
